Working Process
Cans are fed through screw and star-wheel mechanisms to the holding platform. Filling valves descend with centering cups that seal against cans using spring-loaded plastic rings. After filling, valves close, air discharges, and centering cups retract. Filled cans transfer to the seamer for lid placement and edge sealing before moving to the conveying system.
