This automated production line consists of separate rotary filling and can seaming machines, specifically designed for carbonated beverages in aluminum 2-piece pop-top cans. With a capacity of 1,500 cans per hour (330ml), it serves as an ideal solution for small to medium-sized beverage manufacturing facilities.

Suitable for filling various carbonated beverages including soda water, juice, tea, energy drinks, and beer in aluminum cans, pop cans, and PET containers.

Cans are fed individually via feeding screw and star-wheel to the holding platform. Filling valves descend to engage cans, creating a spring-loaded plastic seal. After filling completion, valves close, air discharges, and cans proceed to the seamer for lid placement and edge sealing via cam-controlled mechanism before final conveyance.
