Glass Bottle Carbonated Beverage Filling Machine
This advanced 3-in-1 integrated system combines rinsing, filling, and capping operations for carbonated beverages in glass bottles. Engineered with international technology, it delivers high-speed production with precision filling and reliable sealing.
Working Process
Bottles enter through a screw conveyor chain to the filling section. Filling valves, controlled by cam mechanisms, move vertically to engage with bottle necks. When a valve contacts a bottle neck, it opens for filling and retracts upon completion. Filled bottles transfer to capping via a neck-holding transition wheel. The capping head rotates and self-adjusts to complete cap application, including catching, pressing, screwing, and discharging. Finished bottles exit through a conveyor for further processing.
Applications
Suitable for carbonated drinks, soda water, juice, cola, energy drinks, kvass, and beer in various glass bottle volumes and shapes.
