Automatic 3-in-1 Rotary Filling Machine for Carbonated Beverages
This advanced rotary filling system integrates rinsing, filling, and capping operations into a single automated process. Engineered for carbonated beverages and soda water production, it delivers high-efficiency performance with precision control.
Operation Process
Bottles enter through the conveyor chain and are guided by separation screws. The filling valve, controlled by cam action, moves downward to contact the bottle neck for precise filling, then retracts when complete. Filled bottles transfer to the capping section via hold neck transition poking wheels, where screw capping heads perform complete sealing operations including catching, pressing, screwing, and discharging.
Applications
Suitable for various beverages in glass bottles including water, soda water, juice, carbonated drinks, CSD, cola, energy drinks, kvass, and beer. Accommodates all bottle volumes and shapes.
