This advanced 3-in-1 bottling equipment integrates rinsing, filling, and capping functions specifically designed for carbonated beverage production. With a capacity of 5,000 bottles per hour (500ml), it delivers efficient, high-speed bottling operations for various beverage types.
Bottles enter the filling section via conveyor chain and screw mechanism. The cam-actuated filling valves move vertically, opening when contacting the bottle neck for precise filling and retracting upon completion. Filled bottles transfer to capping via hold neck transition poking wheel, with guard plates maintaining bottle stability during the process.
Water, soda water, juice, carbonated drinks, CSD, cola, energy drinks, kvass, beer, and other beverages in glass bottles of all volumes and shapes.
