Operation Process
Empty bottles are transferred via variable pitch screw and star-wheels to filling stations equipped with protected weight sensors. After automatic empty bottle inspection and slanting bottle detection, the system initiates slow-fast-slow filling sequence. When liquid approaches the target level, it switches to slow filling, with sensors signaling stop at the precise weight. Filled bottles are conveyed to capping stations via transition star-wheels.
