Our series laminar air supply ceiling box adopts electrolytic steel plate processing, high strength design of keel frame, on-site assembly and combination into high bearing, efficient wave passing device adopts tiled arrangement, fully ensuring the laminar flow area of ceiling filter to achieve higher cleaning effect, and can use filter side cloth form according to customer needs, providing a variety of options for HVAC designers. The central part of the air supply ceiling uses the air flow compensator device to fully offset the interference of personnel to the laminar flow effect, and the air outlet surface is a double-layer flow equalization net to ensure the overall air flow uniformity. If there is a beam on the site, you can also do a ceiling to avoid the beam to ensure the laminar flow cleaning effect.

 

1. The box is made of high quality electrolytic plate with electrostatic spray on the surface. The surface frame material is T-type special aluminum and DPP flow film or steel plate punching molding, with spring clip installation, optional embedded surround integral purification light belt, so that the entire clean room uniform illumination, on-site maintenance and installation is simple and time-saving, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good thermal insulation effect, more beautiful vision.

 

2. Equipped with imported double-layer DPP damped flow equalized net, the air output effect is more uniform and soft. The middle with medium speed air compensation device, completely eliminate the laminar flow effect because the shadowless lamp obstructs the central position of the air weakening.

 

3. The high efficiency filter can choose side cloth type or tile type, and the filtration efficiency can reach 99.999%.
