1. Can you make the bags in the exact size, material, and printing finishing that we prefer?

Yes. We do custom packaging projects like mylar bags. Complete customized order is available for us.

2. What is your minimum order quantity?

Digital printing starts from 500pcs. And traditional printing(Gravure printing) starts from 5000pcs. But this is negotiable. We love to help small businesses to grow.

3. What is the payment term?

As for rules, 30% deposit, 70% balance.

4. What are the payment methods and terms?

Bank Wire(T/T), credit card, PayPal, Western Union, , L/C, etc.

5. How can I make my design? What if I do not have a designer to create the artwork?

After confirming the bag's style and size, we will send you a template for your graphic designer's convenience. No worry. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance with the design creating.

6. What format would I need to send you the artwork?

Vector graph in AI, CDR, PDF, etc., file. Please note that the resolution rate must be higher than 300dpi, and the layer must be editable, which can not be merged.

7. Can I get samples to review the quality?

Of course. We offer free samples. You only need to pay for the shipping freight, like $35 to the USA.

8. What is the turnaround time for mass production?

12-15 days(subject to the quantity)

9. What is the delivery time?

For example, shipping to the USA, 2-5 days by international express(FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT), 12-15 days by air, and 25-35 days by ocean.

10. How can you make sure the final printing meets my requirements?

We will send you an e-digital proof and mock-up or confirm the printing before the mass production. If not enough, we'll also send you a free flat press proof or make you an actual converted paper bag proof.

11. How can you assure the quality of your products?

Our factory has ISO, QS, and other required certificates. And our products pass the SGS food test, which proves that they are food-grade, safely used to pack food and beverage, etc.

12. How can I pack my products by using your packaging?

We will leave the top or the bottom of the pouch open. You could heat seal it after packing your products.
