1. How can I place an order

You can contact any of our sales person for an order.

Pls provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer with best price at the first time. For designing or futher discussion, it is better to contact us with trade manager of Alibaba, Skype, or the instant ways, in case of any delays.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality ?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Free for a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, as long as you afford the express freight.

For printed samples, we will check US$60 to cover the cost on Printing,

filming and Die cutting. The samples cost can be refunded back after confirm the order.

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing ?

AI, PDF,EPS CDR,etc

4. Can you do the design for us?

Yes, we have a professional design team having rich experience in paper bag, box, sticker. Just tell us your idea, we will help to carry out your idea into perfect bags.

5.How long can I expect to get the samples?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 3-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.

6. What about the delivery time of Mass production ?

It depends on the order quantity. Generally 20 days for the 50000pcs.

7. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CNF etc

8. What is your terms of Payment ?

30% deposit at advance, 70% must be cleared against the shipping doc
