Production Process:
- Odrer Confirmation After customer confirm the order ,provide artwork and pay for the 30% deposite,we will make a printing plate according to customer requrements.
- Printing The professional worker will check the printing details during the printing.
- Laminatio Through laminated machine,two or three lays material are lamianted together.
- Dividing Deparment After lamination,we use divide machine to cut the surplus parts
- Bag Cutting Department Adjusting the bag cutting machine according to the bag size,the bag will passed by the roller to the cutting knife.
- QC Department After finish bag cutting,3 or 5 QC will check the bag quality and printing before packaging and delivery.
