1. What application is flexible packing pouches realized for ?
Flexible packaging pouches including stand up water pouchs ,side gusset pouch , block bottom box pouch and craft
paper bag made of polymer or paper laminates can be used for food and non-food packages, from dry fill of granule,
particulate, powder, flour to liquid including wines, spirits, beverage,milk, and non-food packaging of fertilizer, detergent. For retort-food purpose, retort water pouch is suited for 135℃ cooking of 30mins in hot aseptic food process application of ready to eat meal, pre-processed meat and seafood.
2.Are you able to provide samples of premade pouches?
Yes, we have a wide variety of premade pouches that we can send samples of, such as zipper pouches, slider pouches, spouted pouches (also known as fitment pouches), clear stand-up pouches, stand-up pou-ches with windows, shaped
stand-up pouches, 3-side seal pouches, and our innovative Ready Pour tap-and-gland fitment pouches. We also provide pouch prototyping services.
3. What is your lead time for stand-up pouches?
Our Packaging works hard to get materials to you when you need them. Please let our service team know your
timelines and we will work with you. Generally, on new orders, lead times are 4-9 weeks and on repeat orders 3-7 weeks. Raw material availability may impact these time frames.
4. What is reverse printing?
Most laminated plastic pouches are printed by means of reverse printing. Reverse printing is the process of printing on
the back side of a clear substrate. In the following process, the print will be sandwiched between the outside substrate
and the rest of the structure, offering scuff and chemical migration resista-nce. When the outer substrate is mounted to
the remainder of the structure, it will be right reading.

rigid packaging options like boxes, cases, cans,

6. Do you offer flexible bag for frozen dry meat?
Yes, frozen food water pouchs must be durable,
airtight, withstand low-temperature and puncture
resistant. We use polyethylene, PP, PET film with
special meta-additives to achieve durability at low
temperatures.
7. Can the packaging bag be customized for me?

8. Can the stand-up pouch be used for vacuum
packaging?
Yes, Flat pouch is not the sole bag format. Some flexible
plastic bags can be used for vacuum food packaging
including stand up pouch, side gusset bag and flat
bottom pouch of clear/co-extruded or multi-ply laminates
plastic material.
