Vector graph in AI, CDR, PDF etc. file. Please kindly be noted that the resolution rate must be higher than 300dpi and the layer must be editable, it can not be merged.

6. What if I do not have a designer to create the artwork? Can you help me with the design?

Yes. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance on the design.

7. Can I get samples to review the quality?

Of course. We offer free samples. You would need to pay for the shipping cost, like $30 to the USA.

8. What is the turnaround time for the mass production?

10-15 days(subject to the quantity)

1-4 days by international express, 7-10 days by air, and 30 days by the ocean.

We will send you an e-digital proof/digital samples to confirm the printing before the mass production, the proof is created according to your artwork.
