1. Can I add my logo on the boxes?
A:Yes! We print the boxes as your artwork confirmed. Logo, unique design, brand color, website etc., are all available.
2. Is there standard size or stock boxes?
A:There are some stock boxes for sales, mainly are custom size and design. The display box is for reference only. Contact with our team to know more details.
3. What’s the MOQ? Can I get less than that?
A:MOQ for one size and one design is 500 pcs. For printing products, more quantity, lower production cost. So, when QTY less than 500pcs, the unit price is much higher.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
A:Turnaround time: 10-15days for mailer boxes, 25-30 days for gift boxes.
5. Will I receive a proof before my order printed?
A:Yes! All new orders will receive a digital proof within 36 hours for your review. If changes are required, you can request them. Once your proof is approved, it is added to our production schedule.
6.Can I order a sample before my larger order?
A:You can order a digital printed sample to see design and quality. (Price ranges from 20-100USD).
Or an plain sample to check size. (10-50USD)
7. Is door to door shipping service available?
A:Yes, to most countries. We have long-term cooperated reliable forwarders to arrange shipment. Shipped by DHL/FEDEX/TNT is also available.

1). Get a free template from us and ask your designer to do the artwork by Adobe Illustrator or CDR.
2). Send us your artwork. Preferred file formats are AI or PDF, using CMYK colors and flatten/ outline all texts.
3). High Definition JPG. PNG. pictures.
