A: Yes. Our MOQ of customized logo printed pill packages is 500pcs in each design. stock packages is small quantity.

Q: Can I have samples before order?
A: There are two kinds of samples we can provide.
One is the cards we had made for your reference. The other one is make card according to your requirements.

Q: Like printing card, can you provide the printing proof for our cards for reference.
A: Of course, after receiving your artwork design ,we offer you printing proof to confirm before production.

Q: How are my cards shipped?
A: By express(DHL, UPS, FedEx), by sea or by air.

Q: How can I do the payment?
A: Both T/T and western union are workable for us.

Q: What is the time frame taken for custom printed Packages?
A: For stock packages, it will take 1-2 days.
For custom printed packages, our lead time will be 15-18 days.
However if it is urgent, we can rush.

Q: Will you provide a die line (die cut/template) to us for artworks designing?
A:Rainbow will of course assist you to make an accurate design for your ideal bags. We will have some regular size artwork die lines available, if you require a custom size, please tell your size to our sales and we will work out a custom die line for your designer if necessary.
