PU flat timing belts are manufactured from thermoplastic polyurethane with continuous spiral steel cords. These belts are specifically designed for power synchronous transmission and high-speed conveying applications (up to 10,000 RPM). Available in standard profiles including XL, L, H, XH, 3M, 5M, 8M, 14M, 20M, S3M, S5M, S8M, S14M, S20M, T2.5, T5, TT5, T10, T20, AT5, AT10, AT20, with maximum width of 200mm. Reinforcement cords available in steel or Kevlar options.
