Specification

<1>Clearspan metal frame is rigid connection with ASTM A329 high strength bolts. The portal rigid steel frame can provide more stability and strongth for the construction structural system.

<2>All the metal structural members, including columns, beams, rafts, purlins etc, are all prefabricated in our production bay. All the members can be deliveried directly to the site. The owner can erect and assemble them on site easily trough cranes and lifts.

<3>The materials are structural carbon steel or high strength low alloy steel, which are used for assembling the posts,beams and rafts.

<4>The columns and beams are coated with proxy painting, which can protect the metal members more than 30 years

<5>Purlins are made from galvanized steel plate through cold roll formation machine.

<6>Prepainted Glavanized Steel is cold roll formed as corrugated tiles, a lot colors(such as red, blue, yellow, sand etc.) are option
