Hazardous chemicals emergency rescue vehicle is a fast moving rescue vehicle dealing with the collection of hazardous chemicals, which is mainly used for Fire control Armed Police Force, Heavy Chemical special rescue unit and large chemical company.  

Background:         

Right now, traffic accident, pipe leakage, ship overturning, and the production and storage fire occur frequently. If a vehicle with poisonous liquid leaks outside in an accident, it will do a serious pollution for one city or area and causes water shortage and crowd evacuation. If adopting the traditional drainage and let the nature diluting itself, it will cause huge impact and it needs a long time to recover.

Purpose:

1. Collection and transportation of the leaked fuel, oil, flammable liquid and solid compound garbage.

2. Collection and transportation of the chemical liquid and solid compound garbage.

Specification:

Hazardous chemicals emergency rescue vehicle adopts large vacuum pump, special valve, air filtration system and electric control system. 

In order to avoid the tank rupture in case of turning over, there is turning over guarding equipment.

In order to improve the security when facing with fire, there is security equipment on valve. When the spark occurs and temperature raising, part of this equipment will melt to let the valve close automatically and the engine flameout.

In order to protect the vacuum pump, there is aluminum net filtration equipment, which can be used again after washing. 

In order to discharge the goods completely, there is vibration equipment at the bottom of the tank.

There is stainless steel pump, valve and anti-corrosion pipe for the collection of corrosive product.

There is antistatic equipment to transport the flammable and explosive product.

For the transportation of hazardous air and liquid, there is the smaller filter element to filter the 0.3 μm components, with the efficiency 99.7%.
