Load Capacity Axle Load 13t Fast Erectiion Pontoon Equipment is a kind of heavy pontoon equipment. It is suitable for constructing floating bridges MLC80 to ensure tracked load 72t or wheel load less than 83t to cross over the rivers whose current velocity is less than 2.5m/s. It can also be used as ferrying rafts of 20t, 40t, 65t, and 85t.
A complete set of Load Capacity Axle Load 13t Fast Erectiion Pontoon Equipment consists of 8 interior bays (each interior bay is equipped with 2 x OBMs), 2 ramp bays, 10 transport vehicles and auxiliary equipment.
The Main characteristics of the bridge are as following: the interior bay is of four folded structure which can be open automatically through floating power from torsion bar and water. The bridge body is an integrating tight-box for loading. Each interior bay is part of pontoon bridge, which is equipped with two outboard engines to enhance the flexibility in water. The ramp bay is connector of pontoon bridge and river banks. It can also be used as the first part of ferrying raft.
