- WATERPROOF DOG COAT: Dog jacket is waterproof and is great for snow, ice, and rain; dog coat is made of durable ripstop and 1200 denier material that is strong for inclement weather.
- LED LIGHT STRIP AND RELFECTIVE: Dog fleece features flashing LED light strip and reflective piping for 360 degree visibility in low light and in the dark; also has zipper opening to attach leash to dog's harness or collar.

Answer: Very durable. I not only use it in the cold weather for my dog but I also use it as a rain coat for him. I've had it over a year and it looks and feels brand new. I highly recommend this jacket.
Question: Does this coat work with a harness?
Answer: Yes, if the leash clips in the back there is a zipperd part you can open. If it is a front clipping harness it would be a little more clumsy.
Question: What is the exterior material ?
Answer: Nylon ripstop.
