Brief introduction 

The Model PDSM20000-CN separator is the latest generation milk separator primarily used for the clarification of milk. This model is also suitable for separating similar materials in industries such as juice, beverages, Chinese traditional medicine, and the chemical industry.

The machine incorporates automatic control, offering several advantages including high efficiency, low material consumption, convenient operation, and affordable maintenance costs. It features a small piston structure that enables variable discharging capacity, and it utilizes PLC control for both partial and full discharging to remove sediment effectively.

The clear liquid is extracted using a centripetal pump, while the sludge is automatically and partially discharged from the machine.

This rotary machine operates at high speed and has undergone precise dynamic balancing. As a result, it can run for extended periods with minimal vibration, ensuring safety and security.

The design, production, and acceptance of the Model PDSM20000-CN separator conform to the standards outlined in JB/T8103.3 Disc Separator-Part 3: Milk disc separator.

Installation notice 

1. For maintenance and repair, please leave enough space around the separator when install it.  

2. The installation base should be firm and level.

3. All the pipes connecting with the separator should be flexible pipe.

4. The operation water of the separator must be soft water, the pressure of which is between 0.025 and 0.03Mpa.
