Description

Model PDSM-DN separator is mainly used for clarifying and defatting of milk. It is also used for the similar oil to clarify the liquid-liquid-solid three-phase materials.

When the factory get the fresh milk from the farm, there is some impurity and dust or fine animal hair in the milk, firstly it needs the disc separator to clarify and then to the stage of pasteurizer. Some factory needs the skimmed milk to produce butter or cream. After milk clarification, the process needs 3 phase milk separator to degrease, about 3% fat will be discharged from the light liquid phase, skimmed milk comes from the heavy liquid phase, while the impurity outlet from the solid discharge exist. Also, it works for whey and cheese separation.

The skimmed milk and cream are pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharge automatically and partly.

Applications

Milk separator machine is mainly used skim milk, whey protein isolate, butter, wheat shock shower, casein, cheese production, anhydrous butter centrifuge enrichment and other production processes for medium to large dairy industry enterprises. Equipment uses a closed structure, with milk contact parts made of stainless steel, in line with national food hygiene standards. Device according to user requirements, can also be used in the milk, milk residue, after condensation casein, the protein and whey protein isolate, and whey clarification and purification.
