Description 

The PTDC centrifuge model is a three-footed top discharge equipment designed for intermittent operation and filtration purposes. The material to be processed is introduced into the drum from the top. Within the centrifuge, the centrifugal force field acts upon the mixture, causing the liquid phase to pass through the filter medium and be discharged from the machine. Meanwhile, the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum. Once the machine is stopped, the solid material can be discharged from the top.

Working principles 

1) Airtight equipment

2) The material is fed from the upper into the rotary drum
3) Under the centrifugal force function, the liquid passes through the filtering medium and discharges out of the machine
4) The solid is left in the rotary drum
5) After the machine is stopped, unload the material
