Carbide tiles is widely used for protecting the screw conveyor flight for decanter centrifuge machine, due to its high wear resistance, corrosion resistance.
Normally, there are 3 types protection tiles are provided. include Tungsten carbide tiles, Interchangeable ceramic tiles and Tungsten alloy tiles, the details, pls check below information:

| Tungsten carbide hard surface tiles | It is the most common type, easy to process and cost is lower. |
| Interchangeable ceramic tiles | It is interchangeable small pieces, has a higher function for anti-abrasive under heavy Acid/ soda corrosion, even better than Tungsten Alloy Tile. Therefore, it is mostly used for mining industry. |
| Tungsten alloy tile | It is the most perfect and most anti-friction one in three. Interchangeable small pieces, completely made from each piece with exactly the same weight and dimension.It is mostly used for fine solids and drilling field. |
