Model PDL Easy Operate Bag Filter Pressure Leaf Filter for Liquid Solid Separation

Description

PDL series bag filter is multifunction filter equipment with a new structure, small occupancy, flexible operation, energy-saving, high-efficiency, enclosed operation, and excellent applicability.

It is mainly composed of a filter cylinder, cylinder lid, quick-opening structure, and filter bag reinforce net.

It belongs to pressure filter equipment, liquid flow into the filter bag through the side-way. The filter bag itself is fitted in the reinforce net that the qualified filtrate is achieved after the liquid pass the filter bag which has various precision ranks. The impurity is seized by the filter bag. The filter bag is easy to be changed and has little consumption of materials.

It’s widely used in paint, beer, vegetable oil, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemicals, petroleum products, textile chemicals, sensitization chemicals, electroplate, milk, mineral water, hot solvent, milk rubber, industrial water, sweet water, resin, printing ink, industrial waste water, juice, edible oil, etc.

Model explanation

                                  Four-core model                 PDL(T) spring model

PDL-1S: Used in filtering bag with standard length and the filtration area is 0.25m²

PDL-2S: Used in filtering bag with double standard length and the filtration area is 0.5 m²

PDL-A: A single filter
PDL-B: A single filter is set with a pump and pipeline transmission system and installed in the moving go-cart.

PDL-2B: Double-joint filter is set with pump and pipeline transmission system, can be alternated and installed in the moving go-cart.

Note: Type PDL(T) is only used within 1P1S and 1P2S. The technical parameters are the same with Type PDL.
