Description

The Peony decanter centrifuge is widely used in the production of kaolin. Peony has developed a Kaolin grading Nozzle Horizontal Screw Discharging Centrifuge that meets the higher requirements of customers in terms of abrasion resistance, handling capacity, recovery, mechanical reliability, and economical efficiency. This centrifuge's theory subverts the traditional pattern where underflow discharges from the solid slag discharge mouth and the overflow discharges from the liquid slag outlet.

Wet Processing is divided into several stages, including Pug dispersion, grading, Separation of impurities, and product handling.
The general principles of the process
Kaolin ore → grinding → mashing→degritting→ swirler grading→peeling→Horizontal screw centrifuge grading→magnetic separation (or bleaching)→concentration→filter pressing→drying→ products of ceramic level or paper coating level.
