Description

This series disc separator, PDSM-CN, is a 2-phase separator, with liquid-solid separation, mainly used to clarify milk, to remove solid impurities from the fresh milk. This separator can also be used to separate similar materials in the industry of juice, tea drinks, coffee, beer, beverage and Chinese traditional medicine, etc.
 

Milk separators is an ideal equipment for producing cream in milk processing factories live stork farm, food industry. It can widely be applies separation and detergency of  similar liquid with some parts changed inside the separating bowl. It can also be separate and purify milk, oil.chemical liquid and medicine. This separator is open, remove drags manually and its disc is electrically driven. It takes cream out of milk by using high rotating  centrifugal force. And considering of the proportion difference of the stuff, to heat to milk to a certain proper temperature to separate the milk  into  butter fat light phase) and skim milk (heavy phase)

The clear liquid is pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharged automatically and partly.
