     Test in natural salt spray according to ASTM B 117-72hours

     Results evaluation according to ISO 4540 RATING 7-10

      Good

14. PACKING

     Anti rust oil to be applied on material and each rod to be packed in paper sleeve

15. CERTIFICATE

     All certificate related with material heat treatment and plating is required

Materials of hydraulic piston rod are mainly CK45, Q345B, 42CrMo, 40Cr, 20MnV6, micro alloy steel HY4520 and HY4700,bearing steel, stainless steel and so on. Products are classified as hard chrome rod, hard chrome hollow rod, quenched and tempered rod, induction hardened rod. They are widely used in mine machinery industry, textile and printing machinery industry, wind and power, ship industry. In addition, micro alloy steel products not only save cost, but also have stable and uniform mechanical property.
