The Stainless Steel Seamless Needle Tube is produced via an extrusion process. The absence of welds or seams in these tubes gives them enhanced strength and excellent tolerance across an array of stress-induced setups. These tubes are commonly designed in 304, 304L, 316L grades. SS304 is one of the most popular and versatile stainless steel tubing alloys utilized is 304 Stainless Steel. Under different naming designations it is also known as DIN 1.4301 or UNS S30400, or simply 18-8 stainless steel. The key characteristic of 304 stainless that sets it apart from alternative alloys is the corrosion resistance generated by chromium and nickel content in the alloy.

Stainless Steel Needle Tube are finished in accordance with customer needs regarding dimensional and wall thickness specifications as well as heat treatment for more demanding applications. In general a Stainless Steel Needle Tube is manufactured according to current standards ASTM, and ASME. If required for special projects we can also supply large diameter Needle Tube.
