Overview
ASTM B462 Alloy 8367 is a super austenitic stainless steel with excellent resistance to chloride pitting, crevice cracking and pressure cracking.N08367 is a 6 molybdenum alloy developed and used in very harsh environments. It has a high nickel (24%), molybdenum (6.3%), nitrogen and chromium content and offers excellent resistance to chloride crevice cracking, chloride pitting and specific general crevice resistance. Alloy 8367 is primarily used for better resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion. It is a plasticizable and leadable stainless steel.
Due to its nitrogen content, N08367incoloy false flange has greater stress strength than ordinary austenitic stainless steels while maintaining high ductility and impact strength.

CORROSION RESISTANCE: This stainless steel material has excellent corrosion resistance and is able to resist a wide range of corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salt solutions and chloride ions.
Strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking: ASTM B462 UNS N08367 flanges have good strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking, even at high temperatures and pressures.
GOOD WELDABILITY: The material has good weldability and can be connected by various common welding methods.
High-temperature performance: ASTM B462 UNS N08367 flanges have excellent performance in high-temperature environments and can withstand high-temperature corrosion and oxidation.
