A Hastelloy C22 180° LR Elbow is a seamless or welded pipe fitting designed to reverse the flow direction in a high-performance piping system. Manufactured from UNS N06022 (W.Nr. 2.4602), a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy, it offers exceptional resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, including both oxidizing and reducing acids.


The "180°" designation allows for a complete U-shaped turn, while the "LR" (Long Radius) specification—where the centerline radius is 1.5 times the pipe diameter—ensures smooth fluid flow with minimal pressure drop and reduced erosion. Manufactured in accordance with ASTM B366 and ASME B16.9, these fittings are critical components in chemical processing, pharmaceutical, pollution control, and marine industries where reliability in extreme conditions is paramount.
