SS 904L alloy is a super austenitic stainless steel, which is used for various high corrosion resistance environment design. High content of chromium and nickel, plus molybdenum and copper as combined components,guaranteed the excellent corrosion resistance of the product able.And this alloy 904L was originally developed for corrosion resistance in dilute sulfuric acid. It has good corrosion resistance to other inorganic acids and most organic acids.Besides, it is easily welded and machined in standard shop fabrication practices.
