ASTM A182 F60(UNS S32205) Duplex Stainless Steel Flanges have different dimensions and standards so that pressure ratings vary. The UNS S32205 Flanges can be flat face, raised face or ring type joint flange based on the face. They can also be plate flange, threaded flange, screwed flange or forged flange based on the production type. The material of these ASTM A182 F60 Weld Neck Flanges consist of carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, nitrogen, iron and 21% chromium, 2.5% molybdenum with 4.5% nickel. The material composition allows the flanges to have 800MPa minimum tensile strength, 550MPa minimum yield strength and 15% elongation rate. These flanges are widely used in offshore oil drilling, sea water, pollution control, waste water management and so on.
