316L Stainless Steel Flanges also referred as UNS S31603 Flanges are available in different types such as SS 316L Slip-on Flanges, SS 316L Blind Flanges, SS 316L Socket Weld Flanges, SS 316L Orifice Flanges, and more. SS316L is an austenitic Stainless Steel with molybdenum which offers better corrosion resistance as compared to SS304. The austenitic structure also makes this grade have high strength even down at cryogenic temperatures. Also, SS316L has excellent creep, stress-rapture resistance as well as tensile strength. SS316L is widely used in various industries like Process Engineering, Condensers, Heat Exchangers and so on.
