ASTM A312 UNS S31254(254SMO) Duplex Stainless Steel Pipes are a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel developed for using in seawater and other aggressive chloride-bearing media. It is especially developed for oil and gas industry, paper and pulp industry and offshore platforms. Due to the addition of chromium and molybdenum, it can resists a wide range of acids. 254SMO Stainless Steel Pipe has excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, good weldability, high resistance to general corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, high strength.
