ASME SA210 GR.A1 Carbon Steel Tube for Sewage Treatment and Petrochemical
ASME SA 210 is a ferritic grade used in high-pressure and temperature systems. The ASME SA 210 Grade A1 Boiler Tube is made up of a chemical composition consisting of 0.27% of carbon, 0.93% manganese, 0.10% silicon, 0.035% phosphorous, and sulfur. These tubes possess good resistance against corrosion and have good mechanical properties. The ASME SA210 A1 Boiler Tube has a tensile strength of minimum 415Mpa and a yield strength of minimum 215Mpa. These tubes can be easily elongated by 30% and possess 79HRB maximum hardness. In the ASME SA 210 Seamless Boiler Tube, no welds or joints are used in its production.
These tubes are extremely strong and can withstand high pressures up to 160 bar. The ASME SA210 Grade A1 Superheater Tube can resist and work well in extreme temperatures up to 550 degrees C. These tubes don’t deform or dissociate easily and have a long life. The ASME SA210 Tube is highly versatile and widely used in oil and gas refineries, water supply systems, sewage treatment, agricultural equipment, petrochemical, paper industries, etc.
