Hastelloy C22 is an all-powerful nickel-chrome-molybdenum-tungsten alloy that has better overall fu corrosion resistance than other existing nickel-chrome-molybdenum alloys, including C-276, C4, and 625. Hastelloyc 22 alloy has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has a unique ability to resist yang chemical water media, including wet lv, xiao acid or a mixture of yang chemical acids containing lv compound ions. At the same time, HastelloyC22 alloy also has ideal resistance to the reducing and yang chemical environment encountered during the process. Hastelloy C22 is a high molybdenum Ni-Cr-Mo alloy introduced in 1982, and its corrosion resistance in many media is better than Hastelloy C276 and Hastelloy C4 alloys, especially in oxidizing media such as FeCl3, CuCl2, wet chlorine, oxidation-reducing acids are more obvious.
