UNS S32205 is a duplex , ferritic, austenitic alloyed stainless steel with 22% chromium, 3% molybdenum, and 5%-6% nickel. It is the most widely used grade of duplex stainless steel.
ASTM A182 F60 Duplex Stainless Steel Forged Olets are used in various industrial applications requiring high strength and corrosion resistance. These olets are particularly well-suited for use in chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas industries and applications involving seawater exposure. They can also be used to create strong and durable connections in pipeline systems.
Olets are known as branch connection forged fittings which are used to provide an outlet from a larger pipe to a smaller pipe. Sockolet is an economical socket weld branch connection, which can reduce stress concentrations.
