Immerse specimens in HS - containing acidic solution (5% NaCl + 0.5% acetic acid, HS - saturated, pH 3.0 - 3.5) for 96h. Check cracks via microscopy, calculate CSR, CLR, CTR.

CSR ≤ 1.5%, CLR ≤ 15%, CTR ≤ 3% (subject to project)

SSCC Test

NACE TM0177

Method  A:Four point bending: Apply 80% yield strength stress to specimens in HS - containing environment (5% NaCl + 0.5% acetic acid, HS - saturated) for 720h to check cracks.
Tension test: Apply constant load (80% yield strength) in H
S medium to observe cracks.

No visible cracks under specified conditions
