ASTM B366 is a standard developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), covering welded fittings made of materials such as nickel alloys, nickel cobalt alloys, nickel chromium alloys, and nickel iron chromium alloys. N08810 is a nickel iron chromium alloy, also known as Incoloy 800H. This alloy can maintain good mechanical properties at high temperatures, while forming a dense oxide film to prevent further oxidation, and has excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, etc. ASTM B366 N08810 alloy steel fittings are high-performance, high-reliability connection solutions for high-temperature, high-pressure, anti-carburization, and anti-oxidation applications. They are particularly popular in high-temperature piping systems in petrochemical cracking furnaces.

N08810 belongs to nickel based alloys, whose main components include various key elements such as nickel, chromium, and iron. Among them, the nickel content is usually ≥ 30%, the chromium content is between 19% and 23%, and iron is the remaining component. In addition, it also contains small amounts of elements such as carbon, aluminum, titanium, manganese, silicon, copper, sulfur, etc.

During the processing, N08810 alloy material can undergo various forming operations such as bending, stamping, etc. In terms of heat treatment, the annealing heat treatment of 800H and 800HT alloys (i.e. N08810) is generally carried out between 1147-1177 ℃ to strengthen the grains and change their creep resistance and stress fracture properties. The cooling method is usually rapid cooling with water to ensure that the material has good corrosion resistance.
