ASTM A403 WP321-S180 Deg Elbow is a thick-walled stainless steel pipe designed for high temperature and intergranular corrosion environments. Its titanium stabilized composition and strict manufacturing process ensure reliability under harsh working conditions.
180 degree elbow (also known as U-elbow or return elbow) is a key pipe fitting used in piping systems to achieve a complete reversal of fluid direction (180° turn). The elbow is suitable for scenarios that require a compact U-turn or reduce system pressure drop.
SS321 (stainless steel 321) is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel, commonly used in the manufacture of pipe elbows, especially in high temperature and corrosive environments. It has excellent high temperature performance and anti-sensitization ability. The addition of titanium (Ti) effectively inhibits the precipitation of chromium carbide and reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion at high temperatures (450~850℃).
Oxidation resistance, it can still maintain structural stability in a continuous high temperature environment (such as below 800℃), suitable for thermal pipelines, boiler systems, etc.
