Medical Injection Needle Tubes are generally manufactured by SUS304, SUS316L medical grade stainless steel grades due to the great corrosion resistance of these raw materials. The needle point is mainly lancet bevel point, which has a regular bevel of 12-14 degree. There are four main types of medical injection needle tubes: Intravenous, Intramuscular, Subcutaneous, and Intradermal Injection Needle Tubes. All of our Injection needle tubes are produced according to ISO9626 international standard. To meet clients' different requirements of sizes, length and needle point shapes, we can customize specific needle tubes for clients according to the drawings. Key Features:

Material Grades:

• SUS304: Austenitic stainless steel with 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Offers good corrosion resistance and formability. Commonly used in non-implantable medical devices.
• SUS316/316L: Contains 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, and 2-3% molybdenum, enhancing resistance to chlorides and acids. The low-carbon 316L variant is preferred for implants and harsh environments. Both grades are non-magnetic and biocompatible.
