High-frequency welded spiral finned tubes are formed by welding the base tube and the rotating strip-shaped fins on the tube surface using the high-frequency welding process. Due to their high production efficiency and excellent heat transfer performance, they are widely used and are one of the most widely applied finned tubes at present.
Suitable for use in high-temperature environments with corrosive substances and where there is a tendency for dust to accumulate.The weldable materials include carbon steel, low-carbon steel and stainless steel.
