ASTM A269 TP304 / UNS S30400 Bright Annealed Stainless Steel Seamless Tube
Standard by ASTM International for seamless and welded austenitic stainless steel tubes used in high-temperature service, general corrosion resistance, and low-temperature applications. Seamless tubes made by piercing a solid billet and extruding/rolling it into a hollow tube with no welded seams, ensuring uniform strength. ASTM A269 TP304 stainless steel seamless tube are often supplied with a bright annealed finish (smooth, shiny, oxide-free surface) or pickled finish (matte appearance). Heat Treatment: Solution-annealed (heated and rapidly cooled) to restore corrosion resistance and ductility.
