Stainless Steel Venous Indwelling Needle Tube For Medicine Administration ISO9626 SUS304
Stainless Steel Venous Indwelling Needle Tube for Medicine Administration ISO9626 SUS304
An indwelling needle tube is a type of needle tubes that remains inserted in a patient's body, which can be temporarily or permanently, for various medical purposes, such as medicine administration, fluid drainage, or monitoring. The indwelling needle that is implanted in veins for a long time can avoid repeated punctures. It's also known as an indwelling catheter or a permcath. It’s the core cannula of a venous indwelling needle (IV catheter), designed for safe insertion into peripheral veins for infusion or blood sampling for multiple times over a period (typically 72-96 hours). The indwelling needle tubes are one of our company’s high-volume manufactured medical needle tubes. We have the most advanced auto machines for needle grinding and mature technical conditions. And our needle tubes are mainly made from medical grade stainless steel 304 grade. If clients have special requirements for needle tube sizes and needle points, we can design the medical needle tubes basing on clients’ drawings and samples.

Different Types of Indwelling Needle Tubes:
- Peripheral IV Catheters: The most common type, used in arms/hands.
- Safety IV Catheters
- Blood Collection Catheters: Used for initial draw or short-term access for multiple draws.
- Winged Infusion Sets: Often used for short-term access or difficult veins (23G, 25G, 27G are common).
Key Features:
- Ultra-Sharp Huber or Standard Bevel for smooth, low-trauma skin and vein penetration
- Exceptional Surface Finish to minimizes drag and the patient’s discomfort
- High-Precision Dimension
- Superior Corrosion Resistance, compatible with saline, blood, and a wide range of IV medications
- Good Rigidity, allowing controlled insertion force without bending
Applications:
- Administration of IV fluids (saline, etc.).
- Administration of IV medications (chemotherapy, etc.).
- Blood product transfusion
- Contrast media injection for diagnostic imaging
- Intermittent or continuous infusions
