ASME SA105N Carbon Steel Self-Reinforced Nozzle is a key connection component designed for high-pressure vessels and pipeline systems.
It is made of normalized forged steel (SA105N) and is self-reinforced by locally thickening the wall or optimizing the geometric profile, eliminating the need for traditional reinforcement plate welding.
It provides excellent performance in high-pressure vessels (such as reactors, boilers) and pipeline interfaces with a pressure of ≥5MPa.

Application
Oil and gas: high-pressure separator inlet and outlet, oil and gas pipeline distribution outlet (Class 600~1500, sulfur corrosion resistance)
LNG receiving station low-temperature storage tank connection.
Chemical equipment: reactor/tower material inlet and outlet (≥5MPa, to avoid corrosive medium penetration in welds)
High-pressure heat exchanger tube/shell interface.
Drain valve interface, steam sampling port (below 550℃, water vapor erosion resistance)
Water supply regulating valve flange
Pressure vessel: hydraulic accumulator pipeline
