Medical stainless steel hypodermic tubing is a hollow, small-diameter capillary tube which is mainly made by SUS304 material grade for most medical devices. Some of these capillary tubes are made by SUS316L material when the tubes are used for medical implant devices. The primary function of such medical hypodermic tubes is to serve as the needle cannula  for hypodermic needles used in injections, biopsy, and other medical procedures requiring precise fluid delivery or extraction. Stainless steel 304 hypodermic tubes can be processed into medical needle tubes through cutting, grinding, as these tubes are all complied with ISO9626 international standard. If clients need semi-finished needle tubes, we can also provide stainless steel medical needle tubes for them according to their drawings or samples. Our medical capillary tubes and needle tubes have tight dimensional tolerance and will be inspected strictly before the delivery to clients.
