SUS304 Medical Grade Stainless Steel Intravenous Indwelling Needle Tube , Back Cut Tip
SUS304 Medical Grade Stainless Steel Intravenous Indwelling Needle Tube , Back Cut Tip
The stainless steel indwelling needle tube is a single-use cannula component of an intravenous (IV) indwelling needle or catheter assembly. After finishing the venipuncture, the indwelling needle tube will be withdrew, leaving a flexible plastic catheter there for the fluid administration. It’s generally manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel compliant with ISO 9626 international standard for medical needle tubing. Indwelling needle tubes are designed with a specialized "back cut" tip(reverse bevel) to minimize insertion force and tissue trauma. Indwelling needle tubes also provide a continuous venous access to administer fluids, medications, or draw the blood, minimizing patients’ discomfort, and reducing the need for repeated needle insertions.
Indwelling needle tubes are one of our company’s highest-volume needle tubes. We can manufacture hundreds of millions of this kind of needle tube at the same time, as our factory has the most advanced processing machines and several production lines. Our stainless steel needle tubes are all produced with high-precision dimensions and strict quality control according to ISO9626 standard. We can customize needle tubes according to clients’ 2D/3D drawings or samples.
