Stainless Steel 304 Subcutaneous Filling Blunt Needle Tube For Aesthetic Filler Injection
Stainless Steel 304 Subcutaneous Filling Blunt Needle Tube For Aesthetic Filler Injection
Subcutaneous filling blunt needle tubes are single-use medical micro cannula. This micro blunt needle tube is generally made from medical grade SUS304 austenitic stainless steel. It features a blunt, rounded distal tip (non-beveled, non-sharp)with a single opening designed specifically for the safe subcutaneous or superficial intradermal injection of viscous dermal fillers (e.g., Hyaluronic Acid) during aesthetic procedures. It connects to a standard Luer lock syringe via a hub. This blunt needle tube minimizes the risk of intravascular injection, vessel perforation, and tissue trauma compared to sharp-tip needle tubes, and it can effectively deliver filler material into the target tissue areas. Due to the SUS304 material, this blunt needle cannula has good strength, flexibility and excellent corrosion resistance.
Our company is professional in producing a variety of medical stainless steel needle tubes, including standard and non-standard customized needle tubes according to client’s requests (drawings or samples for reference). The regular diameter size ranges from 10G to 34G(0.18-3.4mm). Our semi-finished medical needle tubes are widely used for different needle applications, such as mesotherapy needle, hypodermic needle, insulin needle, veterinary needle, blood collection needle, blood lancet, dental needle, and so on. We have strict quality control system to assure high-quality needle tubes and our factory has been certified by ISO13485.
