High-precision stainless steel capillary tubes are welded, cold drawn, bright annealed tubes, which are processed from stainless steel strips. These capillary tubes can be not only used for industrial applications, but also used for medical devices, such as catheters, cannula, needles, etc.. They are mainly made by stainless steel 304 material grade owing to its excellent corrosion resistance. Some of capillary tubes are made by stainless steel 316L material, depending on the usage of tubes. The sizes and tolerance of our medical grade stainless steel capillary tubing are strictly complied with ISO9626: 2016 international standard. Our regular capillary tubes are round, hollow, straight tubes with plain ends, which are usually cut into 1 or 2 meter per piece. If clients have special requests for tubes end or shape, we can also design according to drawings or samples.
