Product Overview

The ASTM A335 P9 Alloy Steel Studded Fin Tube is designed for high-temperature furnace applications where effective heat transfer and durability under extreme conditions are crucial. The P9 alloy steel base tube is equipped with studs (carbon or alloy steel) welded onto the surface to create a studded fin configuration. This design increases the heat transfer area and enhances gas-side heat transfer in furnace tubes, making it ideal for convection sections and superheating zones in fired heaters and industrial furnaces.
